Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. No extensions or date changes are possible. We cannot suspend/hold/change anything once a Gift Card purchase is made.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, in full or in part. Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.
To redeem a gift card, the recipient must create an account on our website (puremotion.ae > menu > login)
All bookings made using the gift card are subject to our Studio Policies.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards.
